1. Product Availability

All ClimaBox products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

2. Pricing

Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱):

• Small – ₱1,899

• Medium – ₱2,899

• Large – ₱5,299

Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

3. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or message. Orders will only be processed after confirmation.

4. Payment Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

• GCash

• Bank Transfer

• Cash on Delivery (if available)

Full payment is required before shipping unless COD is selected.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may no longer be guaranteed as processing may have started.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

• The product is defective

• The wrong item was delivered

Conditions:

• Must be reported within 3 days after delivery

• Item must be unused and in original condition

7. Warranty Disclaimer

ClimaBox undergoes strict quality testing; however, damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or extreme conditions beyond normal use are not covered.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. S.O.L.A.C.E. is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
